The following terms and conditions are non negotiable and outline rights and obligations relating to the use of the JPC Trade System.

JPC system articles :You must observe the following articles to use our system.

People who want to be a JPC Member should to register your data on JPCTRADE.COM. The right to be a Member of the INTERNET auction system, and the right to bid and make purchases, is totally within JPC discretion. It is granted only to those customers who have accepted and adhered to these terms and conditions.
Membership will be subject to a review weekly. Upon review JPC has the right to cancel membership if JPC feels that any aspect of the terms and conditions may be violated.
All Members are responsible for their security and management of their ID and Password JPC provides.
The auction data provided on the site is prohibited to copy or make secondhand　use of the data.

We provide you with JPC service under the condition you accept and adhere to the following clauses.

You solemnly observe JPC system articles and service articles.
All dealing is based on price basis : FOB, but in case we recognized it especially, it is not limited to FOB.(FOB is abbreviated character of Free On Board) FOB is the summery of purchased car cost, Agent fee( included purchasing fee at auction, inland transport charge to shipping port, and custom clearance) and Extra charges.( However, JPC FOB charges are not included extra charges.)
You have to register your personal information sincerely before becoming a member.
You have to pay JPC FOB Charges by being deducted from the deposit when you make a successful bid. And the remaining balance must be transmitted to our bank by T.T. remittance within the decided days from a successful bid day at the latest. All commissions are your charge. Delayed　payments are unacceptable unless they have been discussed with us and we have　made a special allowance.
Your deposit is refundable. However if we have already bid on your vehicle and could not bid off, the bidding cost for the auction will be deducted from your deposit when you refund your deposit. Also bank charge for the refund will be deducted from the deposit.
Documents such as Original B/L and De-registration Paper will be couriered directly after full amount is settled.
Basically we will never accept any claim for the vehicle purchased from Auction. Any vehicle which may fit into any one of the following categories will be made exempt from any claims to the auction hall.
- Those car which has been damaged and repaired (or Unrepaired)
- Those car which has done a mileage of over 100,000 Km
- Those car which has been purchased below the price of JPY 200,000
- Those car which has been first registered more than 10 year ago
Only claims we may accept can be made based on differences between the auction sheet and actual vehicle. These claims must be made by fax or e-mail within 2 weeks of the vehicles arriving at your port.　(There are certain aspects of the car such as its　clutch condition or braking ability that cannot be checked at the auction hall (as there is　no room to drive or move the car at the auction hall). Although these aspects of the car　are checked　in our after-purchase checks, all auction rule states that any unmentioned　defects which can　be repaired with a replacement parts cost of under JPY 30,000 will be made exempt from any claims.)
The following matters can be a claim under the condition that these have not been previously noted : ( except for a car included in the category showed above in #7)
- The exterior of the vehicle is significantly different from the auction sheet.
- The color of the body has been changed.
- The engine model is different or the transmission has been changed.
- The engine or transmission are not in working order.
- The vehicle has been repaired.
- The odometer has been replaced.
To cancel the purchase of a vehicle we must receive notification to do so no later than 6pm (Japan time) on the day following the successful bid for the vehicle. All cost relating cancellation (10% of the FOB Amount or minimum JPY 100,000), including the re-auction fee will be paid by canceling party. Cancellation Invoice will be posted on customers' personal page upon request.
Stock cars:
We do not accept any cancellation after confirming your deposit or full payment. Therefore you need to consider carefully when you select right stock car.
Customer fee structure. JPC Trade provides you with 2 customized fee structures (i.e. Quick and Ordinary). After a successful bid JPC TRADE staff will automatically post an invoice based on Quick payment (unless Ordinary payment has not been advised by a client within 2 working days). When JPC Trade will not be able to confirm your payment within a week we reserve the right to cancel your order and withhold your deposit. If any of these conditions listed in terms is not fulfilled by a customer, JPC reserves the right to cancel the agreement without notice.

In case of Freight Collect

When the customer are charged for fright after your car arrives at the port, you will have to pay freight and all necessary expenses related to import in order to register your car as soon as possible.

When JPC TRADE can not confirm your full amount even with our repeated notifications and urges, JPC TRADE, along with shipping companies or consignee (in case of mixed container) are always entitled to sell your car to the third parties without your permission in order to devote the collection of expenses (although after selling the car neither parties can not receive full refund).

When you import your vehicle in the mixed / combined container, you should contact the consignee by yourself to import your vehicle with safety and on time. JPC TRADE has no responsibility between the consignee and you,, however takes mediator role in solving occurred problems.
