STEPS:
Step 1: Select your desired car(s), please inform us the IDs you want to bid for.
Step 2: We will upload them into your personal account, translated into English included.
Step 3: Make the initial deposit JPY 100,000 or 10 % of the value if the CIF expected price exceeds JPY 1,000,000
(easiest way is paypal, or TT)
*If you already have a deposit ignore this step.
Step 4: Check latest value of a similar car in Market statistics
Step 5: Bid for the car. (Having in mind the market value and your expected price)
Step 6: Upon successful bid, you have 3 working days to open LC for the left balance.
(Sampath Bank, Commercial Bank of Ceylon, HSBC, People's Bank, DFCC bank, Seylan Bank and Bank of Ceylon)
Step 7: We will arrange the shipment and you can look for more cars.
FEES:
Our charges are JPY 250,000
per vehicle and include: Japanese auction fees, Inland transportation,
Recycling fee, Photo service before shipping the car, BL documents, LC handling fee, JAAI inspection,
Certified translations, Maritime transportation and Maritime Insurance.
Additional fees for bidding (upon successful bidding)
Bidding itself has a cost of JPY 1,000 per vehicle, no matter successful or not.
This is a fee that all auction houses charge. Please be careful when bidding, or select only targeted cars.
For example if you bid for five different options, and until the last one you got the car,
then there is a charge of JPY 1,000 per bid per car, so charges are going to be JPY 5,000

Additional fee for location of auction house
If the auction house is located far away from the delivery ports and extra charge is applied.
We will inform you about it and warn you in case you want to bid for a car in this situation.
"One price" are vehicles available for sale at a fixed price, the fixed price means no negotiation for the same.
If you have the money available and want to pay it, then the car is yours, as simple as that.
Most of the cases they are very good vehicles in excellent conditions at a higher price than final price in auction.
If you want to buy a car from "one price" here are the steps.

Step 4: Wait, until we check if the vehicle is still available.
Step 5: Upon successful contact, you have 3 working days to open LC for the left balance.

Step 6: We will arrange the shipment and you can look for more cars.
One of the biggest headaches for Importers and exporters is the incorrect handling of LC.

If your bank is not listed, please send us an email, we will check if it has a correspondence with our local bank in Japan.
