HOW TO BUY FROM JPC TRADE
STEP 1: Register on JPC TRADE.COM
STEP 2: Click on "Car Auction System" to view the upcoming cars for bidding.
Choose your vehicle and send us the vehicle ID so that we can forward you the auction sheet translation.
STEP 3: Bidding deposit
To bid on cars, we would require an 10% deposit of your budget or minimum JPY 100,000(refundable).
STEP 4: Bidding on cars
Translation of the auction sheet would be forwarded to you for your reference prior to auction date. You can decide how much you will bid on the car.
STEP 5: Full payment
Full payment should be made by LC through your local bank to Japanese bank which is handling JPC Trade account. (It is BANK to BANK LC agreement). Take the proforma invoice after the successful bid we provide, to your local bank.
STEP 6: Shipping
We will arrange shipping to Sri Lanakan Port.
How much we charge you
JPC TRADE Fees:
Our charges start JPY 250,000 * per vehicle which includes the followings:
- Our service fee
- Japanese auction fees
- Inland transportation
- Recycling fee
- Photo service before shipping the car
- BL documents
- LC handling fee
- JAAI inspection
- Certified translations
- Maritime transportation
- Maritime Insurance
Bidding Charges:
Bidding itself has a cost of JPY 1,000 per vehicle, no matter successful or not. This is a fee that all auction houses charge. Please be careful when bidding, or select only targeted cars.
[e.g.] If you bid for five different options, and until the last one you got the car, then there is a charge of JPY 1,000 per bid per car, so charges are going to be JPY 5,000.

Auction House is far:
If the auction house is located far from the delivery ports, extra charge would be applicable.
We would inform you about this in prior and warn you
in case you want to bid for a car in such circumstances.
[e.g.] Buying from Hiroshima auction house will cost an additional JPY 10,000.
- Buying through Negotiation: Buying unsold vehicle after negotiation would cost you JPY 10,000 extra.
- Pre-Inspection: If you want to pre-check a vehicle before bidding, JPY 2,000 extra would be charged. You can ask maximum 5 questions from a single pre-inspection.
