Now, when you understand how it works, we ask you to remit a refundable deposit (minimum JPY 100,000 or 10% of bidding budget). We have to adopt this deposit system to make sure the customer is seriously intended and to maintain the liquidity to continue our services if the bid successfully. Also when bid is successful we have to instantly pay the full price of the car to the auction house.
Please let us know by email or send us a copy of the transfer by fax after you make a remittance and include your full name on it. As soon as we confirm your deposit in our bank account within 2-3 days, we will add up the amount to your page. If you need a receipt confirmation, please let us know.
