There is no need for concern. Auction houses have developed a carefully structured vehicle inspection system
that is strictly applied to every vehicle exhibited on auction. Vehicles are evaluated based on GRADE inspection system.
There is no need to personally look over vehicles because these inspection results are accurate and
reliable reflection of each vehicle’s condition. Every time we provide you vehicle information,
we inform you the grade and condition in exterior (1-6, 6 being almost new car), interior (A-C, A being almost new interior).
Generally auction sheets are in Japanese language but you can still read some valuable information
as we have explained in our example page. Also, we will translate them into English.
Yes, we request JPY 1,000 as bidding charge even if the bid is unsuccessful. We request them after a bid is successful.
Yes, you can. Our FOB charge depends on how many vehicles you have purchased in the last 12 months.
We have “Regular member (0-1 units)” “Silver member (2-9 units)” Gold member (10-19 units)” “Diamond member (20 units-)”.
Each type of member has different FOB charges. About FOB charges, please take a look at “Fee and Payment” section.
Yes. However, A person who lives in the country where Japanese vehicles are prohibited to be imported
cannot use our service. If you don’t know the rule of importation of the vehicles into your country,
please check this matter with the government of your country.
We check new exhibition vehicles every day. As soon as we find your requested vehicles which will be exhibited,
we will send you exhibition message on your personal page. Therefore we would like you to check your message box constantly and enter maximum bidding price if you would like to bid on the vehicle.
Yes, we do. Basically any vehicles have the same exporting procedure.
But in case of a buses and trucks, you will need to pay extra charges in the inland transportation.
Also it could take longer to load the ship.
Please enter your target vehicle and request port when you register. We will send you auction details of the vehicle and estimate ocean freight for your request port.
After making a successful bid, we will start arranging shipping to your request port.
We are not able to in inform you shipping schedule right after successful bid.
But as soon as shipping schedule is decided, we will inform you estimate time of departure and estimate time of arrival.
We accept all payment via bank transfer only. We do not accept any payment by credit card and other mode.
So please make wire transfer only in our bank account.
Please note that all bank transfer charges will be paid by customers.
No currently, we accept payment only by T/T. Telegraphic Transfer.
If the type of your desired car has already been decided,
you can always check a successful bid past data from our top page.
Also we will provide you auction data of your requested vehicles you typed when you signed up.
Let us consider the successful bid (without number) is done in JPY 200,000 in following conditions.
In case of C&F adds on the following expenses
We are sorry, at present we offer our dealing only in the yen.
Right after making a successful bid, we will inform you the result and attach Pro forma invoice on your personal page.
Pro forma invoice shows all the breakdown and total expense.
In case price basis is C&F, we will request ocean freight, too.
Basically ocean freight is shown in US dollar. Therefore we convert it into Japanese currency of the day we send you pro forma invoice.
Yes, of course. Before we have bid off your vehicle, your deposit is refundable.
However, if we have already bid on your vehicle and could not bid off,
the bidding cost for the auction will be deducted from your deposit when we refund your deposit.
Also bank charge for the refund will be deducted, too.
Please inform you if you would like to stop our service.
FOB stands for Free On Board. (Australia and New Zealand only)
FOB price is the total expense before loading the ship.
It includes [Vehicle’s price] + [FOB charge] + [Bidding charge] + [Extra transportation fee]
Ocean freight will be charged by shipping companies after ships arrive at the port.
C&F stands for Cost and Freight.
C&F price is the total expense before the ship arrives at your request port.
It includes [FOB price] + [Ocean freight]
